FEES
Standard Consultation (50 minutes): $250.00
Please note there will be a fee increase as of July 1st 2026, to $265.00 per session. This will remain significantly reduced from the APS recommended fee at that date of $330.00 per session.
Long Consultation (90 minutes): $375.00
Please note there will be a fee increase as of July 1st 2026, to 397.50 per session.
MEDICARE REBATE and OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE
The Medicare Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) rebate is $145.25 per session.
The out of pocket expense for a 50 minute session is $104.75
The out of pocket expense for a 90 minute session is $229.75
The Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) rebate is $61.80 per session.
The out of pocket expense for a 50 minute session is $188.20
Please note this is not a Bulk Billing practice.
The Medicare MHCP rebate is available for people with a formal mental health diagnosis made by their GP (for example, depression, an anxiety disorder, or other mental health disorder). The GP may refer you for up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year, under a Mental Health Care Plan.
The Medicare GPCCMP rebate is available for people referred by their GP due to a Chronic Condition, for up to 5 sessions
Please note: the Medicare rebates do not cover the full cost of each session and there will be an out of pocket expense. The full fee is payable at the time of your session, after which your Medicare Rebate can be immediately processed.
Please see your GP for assessment for possible eligibility for referral under a Medicare MHCP or GPCCMP .When booking with your GP please tell the receptionist you are wanting a Mental Health Care Plan or Chronic Condition Management Plan assessment as you may need to book a longer consultation in order to do this.
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE REBATES
For those not attending under Medicare, you may be able to claim a partial rebate for psychological services through your private health insurer, depending on your level of cover.

CANCELLATION POLICY
<48 hours notice from time of appointment- Half fee applies.
<24 hours notice from time of appointment- Full fee applies.
Please note that you cannot claim rebates for cancelled sessions.
